Airport Transportation
The school provides transportation to
and from the airport to students’ accommodation, if desired.
Insurance
The school assumes responsibility for
students while at the school. It is recommended, if desired, that
students take out an insurance policy in their own countries before
arriving in Guadeloupe.
Local transportation
It is possible to rent a car (individually or in a group) for ease of travelling. Group renting will obviously decrease the rental costs. However, transportation is provided by the school, at no extra cost, for programs organized by the school. If students choose not to rent a car, there is daily minibus service from Pointe-a-Pitre to our school in Jarry. These operate from 7AM-6PM. There is also a complete bus system to travel to and from all areas of the island. Students should expect to pay about 10 euros per day for public transportation.
Meals
Our school is located in the midst of many fine restaurants, snack and take out places all featuring French or franco Caribbean creole cuisine where one can purchase a sandwich or a full meal. Students should have a budget of 15 euros a day for food.
